Santa Teresa Gallura

Santa Teresa faces Corsica and is the northern most town in Sardegna. It was founded in 1808 by the Savoiards, and pays homage to the queen more so than to the saint its name takes after. Some of the places to see are the pristine beach of Rena Bianca, the tower from where you can touch the cliffs of Corsica, but most of all Capo Testa, where through the years the wind and sea have transformed its granite village into one of the most fascinating galleries.
