Our restaurant is our crowning achievement: a magical location where the evocative panoramas and the fragrances of the Mediterranean blend together with the flavours and pleasures of excellent and creative cuisine. We are careful to choose local and seasonal products, many of which are taken directly from our own garden.
The Parco degli Ulivi restaurant
started out as a gourmet restaurant open to the public, and takes hotel guests on a journey to discover traditional specialities with a new and creative twist prepared by Chef Angelo Bellano and his crew.
Each dish is reinvented, with surprising and elaborate combinations and ancient skill that can turn even the simplest ingredients into something precious. Take for example the bread, prepared fresh in a variety of shapes and flavours, or the classic culurgiones from Ogliastra, or the more traditional pork which can be found in our varied menu alongside the most innovative ideas in the world of gourmet cuisine.
To accompany your lunch or dinner, choose from hundreds of local, national and international wines in our DiVinu cellar, the real pearl of our structure. Our Antonio will be happy to accompany you on a tour of the cellar.
If you are a guest in our hotel and you decide to treat yourself to a half board rate, you will have a different menu to choose from every day, including starter, pasta, main course, and dessert.
Instead if you prefer to take each day as it comes, but you don’t want to miss out on a chance to taste our dishes, our restaurant offers a daily menu with a variety of choices as well as the gourmet à la carte menu.
